by managing and delivering a system of quality, available, and affordable programs and services
for eligible children and youth birth through
18 years of age.

*Note: AFI 34-249: Participants in open recreation must be 9 years or older. A parent or sibling over 16 years old must accompany youth, ages 6 - 8.
*As per AFI 34-144, 11.5.3. “In accordance with AF Instruction 48-110 IP, Immunization and Chemoprophylaxis for the Prevention of Infectious Disease, all children and youth enrolled in CYP are required to follow Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommended age-appropriate vaccinations and immunizations. These individuals attend CYP without an approved medical/religious exemption from AF/A1S on file.” WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? – Any youth participating on a regular or recurring basis in Youth Programs such as: School-Age Care, sports, open recreation, Teen/Tween nights, etc. provide a current copy of immunizations.
Air Force Child / Youth Programs (CYP) and Fitness Centers partnership to promote the importance of healthy lifestyle choices and encourage Air Force Families to be active together.
Use of the auditorium is subject to the approval by the 341 FSS following receipt and review of the completed reservation agreement.
